My name is Lauren & I run SynergyWorks a private counselling practice based in Leamington Spa & Stratford-Upon-Avon.

 

SynergyWorks is an associate of The Reach Approach. This means my approach is holistic, integrative and person specific. I will look to explore different areas of your life to ensure every aspect of your wellbeing is assessed. My approach takes into account psychological theories and approaches, like CBT as well as, other disciplines and new science because there is no one size fits all. No two individuals are the same therefore, I adapt our Reach model to the individual taking the journey.

I am skilled in working with a range of emotional and psychological issues with a special focus on anxiety, depression, building self-esteem, addiction, eating disorders, psychosomatic conditions as well as bereavement, loss and other mental health dysfunctions.
